| Absolutely beautiful! The location is so perfect! Very close walking distance to the grocery store, restaurant(s), bus stop etc. If you want a Taxi they are easy to get from the house-just walk out of the court yard, then across the street and you can see them down the road. The house is even better and comfortable in person as well as the landscaping and pool. Aww, the monkeys at the pool...awesome! The view from the deck, breathtaking. This home..highly recommended. Thank you Pete for opening your home to many of us to enjoy! Hope to visit again! | |

| Just wanted to tell you how happy we were that we selected your house to rent for our vacation stay. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, the house was spacious, the deck and its views were magnificent, and the pool—well, how can you beat having your own private pool and bathhouse tucked away in the jungle? And we could walk to the beach, to the grocery store, the internet café, etc. We were somewhat nervous renting a house over the internet for such a long stay —what if it was misrepresented, what if the photography was all done with wide-angle lens, what if….(you get the picture)—but we needn’t have worried. Thanks again Pete for being such a gracious host and sharing Moose with us. A warm hello to Itza and Aby. | |

| Pete, you have a wonderful place in paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities one could want. The pool was fabulous and the views were fantastic, I must have taken a dozen pictures of the mountain view from the porch. We hope to return very soon. Bonnie said the massage by Itza was the best she'd ever had. Thanks again, you are a wondferful host. | |

Pete: lovely four days in Manuel Antonio. Had a grear time, wonderful dinner at El Patio on Quepos, recommend Ronnie's Place for Sunset. If this is your first time in the Park we highly recommend taking a guide so that you will see animals you would never see on your own. Enjoyed the house and Moose. Neil, Kate, Nick and Suz. |

Than you for a good ol' time! We enjoyed staying at "Pete's Place", it's homey. We had so much fun on out first trip to Costa Rica and your suggestions were right on.Thanks for taking care of us. | Wonderful place! Thanks so much for your help and hospitality. It was especially nice of Itza to help Matthew with the Pharmacy at the beginning of our stay. Hi Pete & Itza, Well life is back in full swing again. It's been hectic since we got back, moved Garrett down south, Shannon back in school & of course work!. We wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had staying at your house. Except for Shannon's luggage the trip went off without a hitch. Arenal was beautiful & we did see some lava flow one evening! The drive there was something, it took us almost 7 hours with several stops. We spent a day at Tabacon which was really nice. Other than that we did quite a bit of hiking there. |
