The House is completely furnished. Full size kitchen. Dining area features a lovely rattan dining set that seats six! Living room, with it's ocean view sliding glass doors offers a full living room set, with couch and two large comfortable chairs. Fully equipped with Stereo color TV's, DVD Player, Bookshelf stereo with CD, Cassette @ radio.

Each bedroom features a queen size bed, with one having a single bed as well. The new master suite is a self contained studio apartment, with its own sunroom, bathroom, and kitchenette (within the same house).

The kitchen and kitchenette are complete with: Microwave ovens, coffee makers, blenders, all utensils, plates glasses etc. including all pots and pans, a large electric frying pan in the kitchenette. The main kitchen has a gas stove with oven.

The house is fully air conditioned but if you would prefer the natural breezes which blow all the time, the windows have screens, and the patio doors have screens as well. From your huge front patio you have a stunning ocean view, and from our NEW huge side balcony you have a terrific view over the valley to the mountains!!!

This gorgeous property offers outstanding Ocean and Mountain vistas. It consists of two and one half acres of flora and fauna, and has a large private pool set in the jungle, with daily visits by monkeys, birds, iguanas, butterflies, sloths and much more than I can list here. The owner lives on the property to help any way I can.
